Ashish S. Kulkarni, Chairman of FICCI’s Animation, VFX, Gaming & Comics Forum, is a trailblazer in Indian animation. He established top studios and created iconic content like Little Krishna and Shaktiman. His Krishna and Kans was India’s first 3D animated film, and Mary Kom Jr. is the nation’s first girl superhero series. As former CEO of Reliance Animation, he took Indian animation to the global stage. A pioneer in animation education, he designed curriculums for top institutes. Honored with numerous awards, including an Honorary Doctorate, he is dedicated to elevating Indian animation and nurturing emerging artistic talent.

Vara Prasad, the creative force behind Great Guns Films Corp, has had a steep learning curve moulded by the many mentors and influencers who came in his life as bosses, collaborators and clients. His 2-decade long career has offered him the opportunity to work with legends like Scott Conrad – the Academy Award-winning film editor (Rocky), Ilaiyaraaja, Kamal Haasan, the late S.P. Balsubramaniyam and many others.
Vara’s repertoire iterates his vivid artistic choices. His work is meticulous and uncompromising, and his grip on technology and techniques gives him the freedom to tell stories in engaging formats. He has donned several hats including dubbing artist, musician, narrator, filmmaker, editor, and a story teller.
